Glenn Fuller served as the first assistant state's attorney for Macon County before establishing the law firm in 1976 with Richard Hopp. Leo Quigg Jr. joined the firm in 1983 following a judicial clerkship for Justice A. G. Webber of the Fourth District Appellate Court and became a partner in 1984. Phoebe Bowers was admitted to the bar in 2003 and has been an associate of the firm since 2009.
