Our Attorneys
The Decatur law firm of Fuller Hopp & Quigg was established in 1976 by Glenn O. Fuller and Richard W. Hopp. Mr. Fuller had served as the first assistant state's attorney for Macon County, Illinois. Leo W. Quigg, Jr. joined the law firm in 1983 following a judicial clerkship for Justice A.G. Webber of the Fourth District Appellate Court in Illinois. Mr. Quigg became a partner in 1984. Susan Nicholas joined the law firm in 2004. Ms. Nicholas also came from the state's attorneys office for Macon County.
Having been established in Decatur since 1976, the present law firm is engaged in the general practice of law. Fuller Hopp & Quigg is "AV" rated - the highest rating given by the legal publisher Martindale Hubbell.
Although engaged in the general practice of law, each attorney has several areas of concentration. The firm serves clients in all aspects of divorce and family law, criminal defense and traffic law, plaintiffs' personal injury and wrongful death, wills and estate planning, real estate transactions, business formation, and commercial litigation.
